I work with clients 1:1 in 6-month containers by application only.

Our bodies and our wisdom as women can be world-changing. We’re here to work together to rebuild this relationship to reclaim power as a well-fed, strong, unapologetic woman.

The most radical thing we can do?

Accept and admire our whole selves and each other. The messy, the rage, the hunger, the silly, the witty, the vibrant. Reverently honouring the skin we’re in.

Our bodies are the gateway to great service in the world. By choosing to take responsibility for health, vibrancy, strength, we are saying yes to being the potent channel that source is waiting for us to be.

As we do so, our children, our kin, our community reaps the benefits from witnessing a woman in their unapologetic potency.

The frequency of a woman who is well-fed and resourced in her body, who is sturdy, strong, and grounded in her nervous system and physical strength, who holds a maturation of her sexuality, a knowing that it is vital creative energy, not something to be ashamed of or to leak, but hold with reverence and beauty…

This is a woman who changes generational timelines.

She is a force. She creates waves.
