Return to Body: A Monthly Community Drop-In

This is a free monthly space to pause, reconnect with your body, and regulate your nervous system in community.

There’s a lot of noise and external energy around us. For many, myself included, we can forget to take the necessary time to sift through it all and return to body. Return to what is the truth within. We spend a lot of time thinking, solving, rushing, while our bodies quietly hold this as stress, tension, and unprocessed experiences.

During this 15–20 minute guided “Drop-In,” I’ll guide you through gentle somatic explorations that will support you:

• Discern the external noise from your own truth and slowly return to your body

• Settle and ground into the holding of your body, listening to what your body may be wanting to communicate, breathe into spaces and places that may need tending

• Reconnect with what safety feels like in your body

• Welcome the felt sense of presence which in itself can bring it’s own wisdom to walk away with

No experience with meditation or somatic work needed.

After the drop-in practice, there will be time for reflection, questions, and optional guiding for those who would like support integrating what came up.

This space is simple, human, and supportive.

Come with an open heart, you are welcome exactly as you are.

Give yourself a necessary moment to land, breathe, and return to your body.

When: Last Wednesday of every month at 12:00-1:00 pm PST
